We seek an associate therapist pursuing their LPC, LCSW, or LMFT for full or part-time positions in the Salem, Oregon, office.

*Hybrid position

Compensation:

• The salary range for this position is $60,700 to $91,100K per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

• Must have completed their master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must meet minimum criteria for Oregon QMHP under the requirements section.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Solid computer and basic technology skills

• Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients.

• Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

• Experience with children or adolescents.
