The Associate Business Systems Analyst administratively supports networked systems and applications, including monitoring, maintenance, new deployments and problem solving to provide the company with healthy systems to facilitate the production and information needs of WWW's business units.

Primary Duties

  • Configure, maintain, and support systems to meet department and business requirements.

  • Works with team members to learn each technical area supported and assist in administrative functions.

  • Participates with other IT team members and customers to determine business requirements

  • Deploy physical and virtual servers per standard build processes

  • Functions as a team member on projects under the supervision of Manager

  • Estimates system configuration and development efforts for self under supervision of Manager

  • Uses standard team/department methods and processes to complete work

  • Participates in and supports disaster recovery initiatives and change management standards and procedures

  • Develops technical and business proficiency through education and work assignments

  • Performs other duties as required/assigned by Manager

  • Performs duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.

  • 0-2 years' experience operating in both physical and virtual server environments

  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with some assistance.

  • Experience in VMware, VDI (Citrix), UCS, SAN, O365 a plus

  • Develop technical, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently completing agreed upon deliverables within established timeframes.

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

  • Good oral and written communication skills

The Associate eCommerce Planner will partner with the planning team to maintain plans for assigned websites. Primary Duties * Managing contracting and maintaining inventory levels on contract, as well as maintaining changes for drops or quantity changes * Plan inventory by size according to the buy plan * Responsible for adhering to MAP pricing and making pricing suggestions including markdowns and liquidation of inventory * Assists with set up and maintenance of seasonal line lists * Own set up of e-comm only styles * Responsible for running reporting on key product stories and for seasonal reviews * Work with Store team to ensure omni-channel strategies are coordinated * Review selling daily/weekly to ensure we are maximizing opportunities and minimizing liabilities * Work closely with Brand Demand Planning, Sales and Finance teams as directed * Challenge existing processes and make recommendations for process improvements * Work with management to develop profitable sales and inventory financial plans to serve as a foundation for the buying process * Performs duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies. * Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required * Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years' experience in planning or merchandising * Excellent negotiations, analytical, and organizational skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work well independently as well as develop strong working relationships * Must possess a "fashion sense" and understand how to meet the needs of the customer * Ability to analyse trends, spot opportunities and make business decisions by "looking beyond the numbers" * Strong experience in Microsoft office * Experience with SAP and BW is preferred WORKING CONDITIONS Normal office environment.
