The Associate Business Systems Analyst administratively supports networked systems and applications, including monitoring, maintenance, new deployments and problem solving to provide the company with healthy systems to facilitate the production and information needs of WWW's business units.
Configure, maintain, and support systems to meet department and business requirements.
Works with team members to learn each technical area supported and assist in administrative functions.
Participates with other IT team members and customers to determine business requirements
Deploy physical and virtual servers per standard build processes
Functions as a team member on projects under the supervision of Manager
Estimates system configuration and development efforts for self under supervision of Manager
Uses standard team/department methods and processes to complete work
Participates in and supports disaster recovery initiatives and change management standards and procedures
Develops technical and business proficiency through education and work assignments
Performs other duties as required/assigned by Manager
Performs duties consistent with the company's AAP/EEO goals and policies
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience.
0-2 years' experience operating in both physical and virtual server environments
Ability to troubleshoot issues with some assistance.
Experience in VMware, VDI (Citrix), UCS, SAN, O365 a plus
Develop technical, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team as well as independently completing agreed upon deliverables within established timeframes.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Good oral and written communication skills
Normal office environment.
