About the role
We are looking for an exceptional storyteller. Someone who can transform data and insight into a coherent, compelling and creative narrative for our clients, putting digital marketing at the heart of the solution to their marketing challenges. A passion for digital and brand marketing is of course a must. But a real ability to synthesize information and turn it into something which resonates with our clients, and helps them to engage their users, is going to be the thing that makes you stand out.
Some of the things we'd like you to do:
Devise define, present and execute integrated marketing strategies for our clients.
Aid in our Communications Strategy proposition and offering.
Work with the other practice areas (Media, Analytics, Social, Mobile) to craft this product and figure out how it fits with the rest of our proposition.
Responsible for educating the rest of the business on what our strategy proposition is and how to talk to clients about it, positioning us as trusted advisers to our clients as well as excellent partners in delivering digital marketing.
Participate in communication strategy across online and offline multi-channel campaigns, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
Work collaboratively with multiple client teams at Essence to inform the development of communication strategy for their clients
A bit about yourself:
You are a storyteller at heart
Extensive and wide ranging experience in the creative, media and/or marketing industries, with a mix of online and offline channels
A proven track record in defining media and communication strategy for large international campaigns
Experience across North American market
Exceptional presentation skills, with experience of presenting strategy and securing buy-in at the highest level
Passionate about digital and well versed on the latest industry trends and news
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and deliver results
Excellent interpersonal skills
