Job Description
The A&F Co. Sourcing Operations team is in charge of product and supplier compliance, quality assurance, fabric and materials development, and innovation and development of products. This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What will you be doing?
Coordinating supplier (mill and vendor) training through HAP (Hire a Partner). This will include scheduling, notification, and remediation management.
Managing the testing program through Oritain Testing Services including notifying key mills of Oritiain testing plan and schedule, reviewing results, planning remediation for non-compliance, and management over invoicing of testing events.
Exploring and supporting system development to manage collection and retention of documentation.
Communicating daily with cross functional partners including legal, supply chain, sourcing and sustainability, as well as external partners in Asia.
What do you need to bring?
2+ years' experience in a related industry
Bachelor's Degree or related experience
A strong knowledge of product traceability is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to be detail oriented in a fast paced environment
Proficiency in Excel and business intelligence and data management systems
