THE ROLE

Zeta Global is seeking an associate solutions manager to support development, planning, and delivery of Intelligence Solutions for Zeta's Data Cloud. Zeta's Data Cloud transforms billions of data signals into meaningful marketing and advertising outcomes, and resolution, reach, and accuracy of our core identity platform is at the center of it all. We're looking for a solutions manager with a basic understanding of how data can be transformed into intelligence to build solutions that can change the way the world's top brands understand their customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, evolution and GTM of strategic roadmap solutions, collaborating with product design, engineering, data science, UI developers, and business teams to prioritize, and develop impactful technologies, balancing business objectives, client needs, and innovative solutions vision.

• Drive Data Cloud product definition, planning, market positioning, and product design (including writing PRDs) of new initiatives and enhancements to our Intelligence Solutions, ensuring alignment of cross-functional development, marketing, sales, and operations teams across the full lifecycle of solutions.

• Manage development timelines and ensure consistent, high quality, delivery of usable and effective data solutions.

• Champion ongoing process improvement

• Inform and develop Zeta's technology platform infrastructure in partnership with engineering through market, industry, and technology research.

• Act as an evangelist of Zeta's Intelligence Solutions and participate in customer advisory board sessions and discussions with clients, prospect and Zeta executives.

Qualifications

We are looking for people who have:

• At least 3 years of experience managing solution development in marketing, analytics, or digital advertising; a computer science undergraduate degree or equivalent, hands-on software engineering experience is a plus.

• A proven track record of solving complex technical problems and partnering with agile engineering teams to translate customer needs into impactful products.

• Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices, project management, data analysis and hygiene.

• Fluidity with data and transforming them into insightful stories that can inform a product roadmap.

• Champion of a high agency mindset with outstanding critical thinking skills and ability to operate independently

• Comfortable making critical decisions with limited information

• Handles pressure well in a dynamic environment

• Enjoys tackling challenges with a creative mindset

• Works well with a diverse set of stakeholders across an organization

COMPENSATION RANGE

The compensation range for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00, depending on location and experience.
