Work closely with BA's, development team, QA, and design leads using Agile methodology.
Work collaboratively to identify the business requirements.
With some guidance, research and evaluate solutions, and recommend/develop/test the most efficient and cost effective solution to meet business requirements that conforms to The Hartford's coding standards.
With some guidance, help create verification methods and procedures and participate in systems testing.
Debug and troubleshoot defects.
With some guidance, develop technical documentation for various project deliverables and phases.

Computer Science undergraduate with co-op, internship or early career experience
Basic programming experience outside of the classroom
Demonstrated evidence of technical/analytical and logic-based problem solving skills
Self-motivation, good judgment, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team
