The Role

If you are a recently minted engineering graduate, then Veeva's Engineering Development Program (EDP) is a perfect way to learn and build highly scalable multi-tenant cloud software. As a new front-end or back-end engineer, you will work with seasoned Product and Engineering leaders in small teams to bring software innovation to customers around the world.

Software development embraces a fast-paced and agile environment where product and engineering teams will see their work released every month. Along with speed, you will find Veeva different because no matter what your level of experience, we want your input at the design table. Help us think differently and more efficiently to design our solutions. As part of your time in the EDP program, we expect you to contribute to technical and functional design discussions and participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Explore the flexibility and challenge that working for Danaher can provide.</p><p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Develop and modify automation and integration software components using the XSOAR development environment and stand-alone scripts, applying secure development lifecycle practices</p></li><li><p>Evaluate new product features and their fitness for use in the environment. Execute a currency plan for XSOAR technology components and the supporting infrastructure (e.g., Docker).</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain monitoring capabilities and standard operating procedures. Serve as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain relationships with Corporate and Operating Company technology and cyber security associates. Conduct periodic reviews (&quot;office hours&quot;) and engage the broader enterprise automation development community.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>5+ years of software engineering experience</p></li><li><p>Ability to develop, test, maintain and enhance software components using python, JSON, YAML, and JavaScript. Automating tasks on Linux and Windows operating systems</p></li><li><p>Ability to write API clients and develop integrations with different software components</p></li><li><p>Ability to integrate solutions into log management platforms such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, Logstash or Kibana</p></li><li><p>Ability to maintain small Linux environments.
