Summary:
The Associate, Social Media will support the day-to-day operations of Arizona Cardinals' social media team by assisting with curating analytics, publishing, ideating, and executing engaging content for all @AZCardinals platforms.
Primary Job Duties:
The Associate, Social Media will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:
Help analyze and collect social media analytics by pulling metrics and tagging content to provide an overview of content performance throughout the NFL season.
Attend Arizona Cardinals community events across the Valley and create engaging cell phone content surrounding each event for Instagram Story and TikTok.
Support the social media team's day-to-day publishing of organic and sponsored content across all @AZCardinals platforms when needed.
Work closely with the original content, photography, and creative services departments to accomplish club goals.
Ideate and create social media content for all Arizona Cardinals platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) that is in line with brand initiatives and voice.
Assist in developing the social media content calendar for daily, weekly, and monthly content distribution and scheduling.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Junior or senior level Bachelor's degree student or completed Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Experience: At least 3 months of experience publishing, ideating, and executing social media content.
Knowledge of various social media platforms, current trends, and best practices.
Strong organizational, communication, and copywriting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Professional demeanor and attitude.
Basic football and NFL knowledge are preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated with a shared commitment to excellence.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
