Responsible for providing customer service support to assigned customers and ensuring critical service requirements are met.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Works under direct supervision to supports pre and post sale activities.

Partners with internal and external organization to ensure customer specific service issues are address in a timely manner. Support implementation of customer projects. Assures successful implementation of service agreements and provide reports/tools to measure performance-based on those agreements.

Interacts with customers prior to and or after sale and maintains positive customer relations. This position is responsible for resolving customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Pre-sale:

Responds to customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules; schedules; may recommend price changes based on company/customer relationship; may recognizes new business opportunities.

Post-sale: Confirm provisioning information, resolves scheduling, shipping or billing problems; determines validity of warranty claims and schedules repair resources; changes production and shipping schedules; may review first bill information with customer; and may suggest add-on business opportunities.

Proactively monitors orders via Work In Progress (WIP) reviews with customers on complex data, service and projects. Initiate escalation and expedite situations (on orders) to meet customer goals. May involve the initiation of orders used for contingent/interim plans while other orders are in pipeline.

Required Skills, Certification, Experience, and Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent Experience: At least 1 year of related experience preferred with AT&T Service product portfolio, systems, processes

Required Clearance: Must be a US Citizen and possess or be able to obtain Secret

Desired: Experience in working with Government contracts a plus

VIEW JOBS 12/13/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-03-13T00:00 Function Perform responsible work in preventive service maintenance and inspections and minor repair of a variety of automotive equipment in a team environment. Examples of Duties * Lubricate moving parts of automotive vehicles, such as automobiles, trucks, and heavy motor equipment by injecting grease into units, such as springs, universal joints, and steering knuckles, using hand or compressed air powered grease gun. * Change oil by draining oil from crankcase and refilling crankcase with required amount of oil. Spray leaf springs with lubricant, using spray gun. * Change and balance large and small tires (including trucks). Repair damaged tires of automobiles, trucks, and other equipment. * Perform minor work in the repair and preventive maintenance of a variety of automotive equipment. * Assist in transport of vehicles to outside repair vendors. * Clean motor pool vehicles. * Assist in monitoring the fuel island for cleanliness and operational issues. * Assist Fleet Technicians when needed. * Conduct off-site fuel deliveries to fleet customers. * Assist in the minor repair and maintenance of a variety of automotive equipment. * Maintain records of transactions. * Perform related duties as required. Typical Qualifications Graduation from high school, successful completion of the GED, or trade school education preferred. Some experience as an apprentice automotive mechanic or automotive mechanic helper. Knowledge of simple automotive maintenance. Ability to: perform physically demanding work; understand and follow oral and written instructions; establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with diverse populations. Must possess a valid driver's license from the State of Virginia and a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger Carrying and Tank Endorsements or obtain CDL within 6 months of employment. May be required to complete a background check related to this position. Any person offered employment with the City in this position shall be required to successfully pass testing for controlled substances. Supplemental Information Perform duties under the direct supervision of the Fleet Maintenance Supervisor who reviews work daily. Incumbent must be self motivated, flexible and committed to excellent customer service. Position may be required to work irregular hours and on-call duty during inclement weather, to include nights and weekends, as determined by management. This position is non-exempt.
