Associate Scientist

Job Description: Duties: Write and execute system related (i.e. hardware, software and /or assay) verification and or characterization protocols and support data package summaries in accordance with governing procedures.

Basic operation of instrument and repairs at customer replaceable level. Support basic troubleshooting across multiple system functions (hardware and software or hardware and assay performance problems). Apply quantitative methods, analyze data, evaluate results, form conclusion, and provide and implement improvements. Work well with others in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

Maintain adherence to Quality System - Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system. Education: Min BS degree in, biochemistry, chemistry, biology, or biomedical engineering. Experience Skills/requirements:

Problem solving, Data analytics Technical troubleshooting PC Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Good communication skills written and verbal in English, Works well with others in a collaborative, goal-driven environment. Preferred skills (not required): Experience on ARCHITECT and Alinity I platforms, Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting IVDs and Biologics.
