Manages Customer Portals Purchase orders and other areas as needed
Completes Customer required documents (Reps and Certs, etc.)
Review orders from Channel Partners and flow/unquoted business customers prior to orders booked
Review T&Cs on Purchase Orders to
Accountable to commercial excellence
Work cross functionally to complete concerns on Customer POs
Insure compliance with ITC regulations
Administrative responsibilities within assigned Territory
Provide vacation back up within Inside Sales team
Bachelor's degree or 1+ years Inside Sales/Customer Service experience
Outstanding telephone etiquette & communication skills
Comfortable with talking to customers (external & internal)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask & manage high volumes of activity & demonstrate measurable results
Proficiency in MS-Office applications (Word, Excel)
Must be a US citizen
Self-starter, inclusive, highly motivated individual.
Knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM
Knowledge of SAP
