ADP is hiring a Retirement Services Representative. In this position, you'll join a team of rock star professionals who are responsible for ensuring every participant interaction is a best-in-class experience. You'll combine a passion for service and discovering innovative solutions with our top-ranked training programs to help participants enjoy every drop of value within our products.

Help participants prepare for their retirement needs through education and support using tools such as ADP's Mobile App, Financial Wellness, Retirement Savings Calculator and Investment Product information.
Respond to inquiries regarding ADP products and services.
Provide technical assistance for log-in support and password resets.
Provide professional, accurate and clear communication when researching cases to find the most appropriate solutions to the participant inquiries.
Leverage strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to execute daily customer-centric activities.
In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment where within the first 6 months you will learn all skill types required within participant services.
Meet service standards through quality interactions and adhering to work schedule.
Ability to obtain FINRA licenses Series 6 & 63
Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
High School diploma
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
Bachelor's degree Preferred
the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
