We are looking for a curious and dynamic Associate Research Coordinator who will work with our Primary Research Team in this fast-paced position. In this role, we are searching for someone that has a go getter attitude, can communicate and consult with internal clients to gather client specific details and execute results quickly.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills and the ability to quickly jump on a task and see it through to completion in an extremely time sensitive environment.

This is an entry-level position intended to introduce employees to the market research industry, media analysis, and public relations measurement.

  • Work with internal and external departments to understand research objectives and execute that plan as quickly and efficiently as possible

  • Understand quota groups and complex nested and census related demographic and firmograpic data

  • Set up surveys in fast timelines

  • Test online surveys to ensure they are functioning as desired

  • Assist with the development of tab plans

  • Create tracking reports and maintaining stats on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Market Research, or related field

  • Previous experience in market research

  • Familiarity with quantitative or qualitative research

  • Project management experience a plus

  • Ability to converse with all levels within the organization including Sr. Exec's

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
