Associate, Reporting

We are seeking a creative and hard-working Associate to join our fast-growing digital practice to help top-tier advocacy campaigns and organizations win, every day.

Your day in this position may include: 

• Creating reporting systems to track spend pacing and campaign performance across all digital advertising platforms. Leveraging reporting dashboards and other visualizations to monitor performance throughout the day and provide routine updates to the broader digital advertising team for optimization.
• Developing client-facing reporting dashboards in Datorama to update internal and external stakeholders on spend pacing, audience saturation and KPI performance. Summarizing key learnings and performance in a succinct and narrative written form. 
• Owning the reporting roadmap to build additional capabilities and optimize existing structures and processes. Additionally, organizing and building out custom visualizations as needed for client campaigns. 
• Supporting the broader digital advertising team beyond reporting demands with trafficking, training development, quality assurance checks and more.

What we require: 

• Experience in the political or digital spaces. Past agency experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with reporting systems like Tableau, Datorama, PowerBi, DataStudio or the equivalent. Experience with SQL, JS, HTML or CSS is a plus. 
• Working knowledge of digital advertising KPI’s and terminology with experience distilling information into quality client deliverables. 
• Proficiency in Excel with an understanding of basic formulas to deliver error-free, scalable work.
