Provides regulatory business support for Product Stewardship-related communication to customers. Develops and maintains product and raw material data in order to respond to our customer's regulatory compliance questions. Supports the business targets by reviewing the marketability of each new product introduced into US and Canada. Ensures all product data is accurate and readily available to document compliance and allow responses to be generated in a timely manner.
Review new product and proposed new or modified products for regulatory impact, including applicable chemical inventory listings or exemptions.
Continuously review regulatory changes and the impact on our products and raw materials.
Ensure each regulatory determination is appropriately documented in customer communications.
Maintain accurate, complete and current information in the appropriate product stewardship databases.
Work closely with business partners to identify needs and solutions to customer regulatory requirements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in biological/life sciences, chemistry, toxicology or equivalent is required.
Must have 0-2 years experience in regulatory affairs related to product stewardship activities global chemical management issues (SVHC, ROHS, food contact, Prop 65, substances of concern) and international chemical control laws (TSCA, DSL, NDSL, IECSC).
Must have 0-2 years experience in SAP. Experience with the SAP EHS module is a plus.
Must have 0-2 years experience in chemical industry. Experience with specialty chemicals is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Sales Force and Sharepoint data management tools are a plus.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
