Provides regulatory business support for Product Stewardship-related communication to customers. Develops and maintains product and raw material data in order to respond to our customer's regulatory compliance questions. Supports the business targets by reviewing the marketability of each new product introduced into US and Canada. Ensures all product data is accurate and readily available to document compliance and allow responses to be generated in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Review new product and proposed new or modified products for regulatory impact, including applicable chemical inventory listings or exemptions.

  • Continuously review regulatory changes and the impact on our products and raw materials.

  • Ensure each regulatory determination is appropriately documented in customer communications.

  • Maintain accurate, complete and current information in the appropriate product stewardship databases.

  • Work closely with business partners to identify needs and solutions to customer regulatory requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biological/life sciences, chemistry, toxicology or equivalent is required.

  • Must have 0-2 years experience in regulatory affairs related to product stewardship activities global chemical management issues (SVHC, ROHS, food contact, Prop 65, substances of concern) and international chemical control laws (TSCA, DSL, NDSL, IECSC).

  • Must have 0-2 years experience in SAP. Experience with the SAP EHS module is a plus.

  • Must have 0-2 years experience in chemical industry. Experience with specialty chemicals is a plus.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Sales Force and Sharepoint data management tools are a plus.

  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English.

Manages and coordinates production needs at various Aviation production sites throughout the US and Canada. This includes but not limited to raw material purchasing, customer forecast, developing min/max inventory levels, ensuring material available for customer deliveries. Inventory reconciliation at the various tolling sites. Responsibilities: Duties and Responsibilities: * Responsible for meeting all the production requirements at various tolling sites across North America. * Ensure raw materials are ordered in timely fashion to support production operations. * Manage and maintain SAP with all logistical and production data. * Manage packaged inventory at off site warehouses. * Reconcile payable issues with vendors. * Work with BL Head for strategic placement of Propylene Glycol and Finished Goods inventory. * Coordinate daily with Customer Care team and Logistics team to ensure timely delivery to customers. Primary contact for communication between customer service, logistics and tolling sites. * Update teams daily on actual storage tank levels from all tolling sites. * Perform monthly cycle counts at all sites. * Role model the Clariant values and align team business behaviors to the values. Requirements: Requirements: * Ideal candidate will have 3+ supply chain experience working in the areas of industrial chemicals * Must also have very strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills. * Must be well organized and have excellent overall computer skills (SAP knowledge is required.) * Must have excellent relationship building skills and enjoy service oriented type of work. * Results oriented with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision. * Experience with MS office products – Extensive knowledge of Excel.
