BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Recruiting Associate supporting one of our Charlotte (University Area) Assistive Care State Programs office in North Carolina.   • Through hands-on experience, Recruiting Associate at BAYADA learn all aspects of recruiting staff along with maintaining compliance and administrative functions within the office. Focused on recruitment of certified nursing assistants - CNAs through sourcing, attending community events, connecting with colleges, hospitals, and sharing innovative ways to connect with field staff quickly and selling BAYADA as a company.


  • four year college degree (prior health care, home care and recruiting experience a plus)
  • a demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills and goal achievement
  • ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
  • strong PC and communication skills (including solid phone marketing & data entry ability)

Skills / Qualifications * A broad range of human resources and recruiting knowledge within the construction industry. * Solid working knowledge of both states and federal labor law and regulations. * Excellent communication skills * Ability and willingness to travel when required at times with minimal notice. * Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task. * Ability to work with all levels of employees, as a team, across the multi-functional sectors involved in order to make a project successful. For example – Operations, Cost, Safety, coordination with other HR hub teams, corporate HR, etc. * A minimum of 10 years of experience in recruiting crafts in petrochemical, heavy construction industrial sector. * College Diploma or equivalent experience in craft recruiting within an industrial construction setting. * Knowledge of applicable labor law and regulations and fair labor standards * Must have valid driver's license. * Excellent computer skills, including experience working with various Applicant Tracking Systems, and HRIS software.
