KPMG is currently seeking an Associate in Program Delivery Services for our Management Consulting practice.
Undertake test planning activities and conduct manual test and triage for either Agile or Waterfall deliveries
Willingness to learn business domain knowledge and quickly adapt to changing requirements
Proactively identifying issues and presenting solutions/ recommendations
Liaise with the test lead/scrum team on any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process
Assist the test lead with test closure reports and gaining sign off from key stakeholders
Generate work papers and assist engagement team in metrics gathering
A minimum of one year of experience in software development, testing, project management, and business analysis
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in technical sciences or information systems
Knowledge of different software development methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative and Agile)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Knowledge of test planning, test execution and defect management process
ISTQB Software Testing Certification/PMP/Certified Scrum Professional certification is a plus
Travel may be up to 80-100%
