Associate Project Mgr. Supply Chain

This Associate Project Manager role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of new initiatives and capabilities in one or more of the following areas: Distribution Operations, Small Product Fulfilment, Transportation Management, and Reverse Logistics.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. Have the ability to foster, grow and maintain cross functional partnerships. Have the ability to influence without direct authority and be comfortable navigating change. This candidate will have the ability to work on both strategic and detailed projects.
Managing supply chain projects
Liaising with stakeholders to discuss requirements, provide status updates, and answer questions
Assisting with project schedules and scope, tracking tasks required to meet project milestones
Assisting with cross-functional project team's schedule and task assignments
Documenting requirements and participating in requirement review meetings
Managing minor projects for the Supply Chain organization
Assist in the development and sharing of Best Buy Project Management tools
Maintain high-level communication vehicles used to keep leadership informed
At least 3 years of demonstrated experience managing or supporting projects
At least 3 years working with multiple levels of leadership in cross functional teams
Strong communication skills
Strong Organization skills
Bachelor's degree (4 yr) in Business, Logistic or Supply Chain
At least 1 year of Supply Chain experience
