Summary

The Associate Project Manager (APM) is a supportive role that works closely and collaboratively with the eCOA Project Manager (PM) with day-to-day activities from study award through study close out. The APM will have project responsibilities as assigned by the PM/Manager and will be accountable to ensure tasks are completed within the timeline required. The APM will need to have attention to detail, effective communication and organizational skills, take initiative and be a team player. The APM role is an excellent career growth opportunity within Project Management.

Responsibilities:

Support to eCOA Project Manager with day-to-day activities as assigned
Take initiative to understand the project design, customer, and other team expectations.
Communicate effectively and timely with both internal and external customers and collaborate with the eCOA Project Manager to determine solutions/next steps
Establish and maintain relationships with both internal and external clients.
Responsible for filing documentation, status report updates, meeting minutes, tracking of translations, development of study/patient manuals and other tasks that are identified by the eCOA Project Manager and/or eCOA Technologies Management.
Keep Project Managers and other relevant staff informed of the project status, requests, etc.
May be responsible for coordinating and leading meetings
Support audits, as required.

VIEW JOBS Associate Project Manager, Start-Up Home-Based any where in the US or Canada The Associate Start-up Project Manager oversees and manages the start-up phase of domestic and/or international clinical trials, primarily on a regional level but can hold a lead role depending upon SUPM experience level. Responsibilities include project managing defined study start-up activities within timelines, scope, quality and budget, ensuring that client's expectations are met. Job duties include overseeing the maintenance phase, as applicable. Depending on the scope of the project and experience level, job duties below may be performed independently as a Lead SUPM or in collaboration with a Lead SUPM as a Regional SUPM. Lead SUPM is accountable for all job duties below. Regional SUPM supports Lead SUPM by leading below job duties on a regional level. Essential Job Duties: * Lead start-up team during study start-up phase liaising directly with Lead SUPM or Project Lead, core team members and the client, as applicable. * Serve as client's contact for start-up and maintenance processes and oversight. Responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with client's project teams. * Monitor and control start up project schedule, budget, and scope.
