Description:Note:
- Must be local to Thousand Oaks, CA will be onsite a few days a month
- Oversee and coordinate artwork workflow for artwork and illustration design input collection
- Ensure tasks are completed by cross-functional stakeholders per plan
- Verify design inputs are accurate and complete before artwork creation
- Participate in team meetings
- Contribute to global standardization in artwork designs
- Provide input to optimize artwork processes
- Must be able to work well in a team-based environment with minimal supervision.

- Bachelor's Degree in life science, computer science, engineering, business or related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Bachelor degree OR Associate degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience
- Quality minded/detail oriented
- Strong track record of delivery and execution
- Strong communicator
- This individual will serve as an artwork strategist within our team. An artwork strategist is responsible for overseeing workflows intended to capture inputs for the artwork design process. This role will ensure all information is complete and accurate before design.
