Moog, Inc. is hiring for an Associate Program Coordinator - ERP in East Aurora, NY. Under the direction of the ERP Program Director or an ERP Project Manager, you will support project office functions, including planning, tracking, meeting logistics, and analyses and reporting for the needs of the ERP. Transformation Program covering global business processes for AG and SDG (21 sites), and Corporate business functions. You will maintain project documentation such as schedule, user stories, finances, budgetary forecasts, status reports, program earned value metrics, and Sharepoint team sites. Facilitate the account setup process for new team members. You can also expect to lead small program initiatives and projects from startup and planning through close-down following waterfall project management and agile practices.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will be
Ensure program documents, reports, tools, and metrics are current with relation to set program cadence.
Program meetings are booked as defined by the program office.
Apply analysis to understand, forecast, and communicate cost and schedule trends, performance analysis, and status.
Ensure project business data and reporting needs with Finance and other departments is maintained.
Identify and resolve business issues affecting the project. Participate in applicable reviews and provide business assessment to the PMO for status and trends.
Assist to define and implement organizational policies and procedures
Assume a project manager role to define and deliver projects and project work tasks to support the overall program.
Prepare portions of project review presentations in written and verbal formats for presentation to management committees, and boards.
Associates Degree in Technical, Business or Communications field
3-5 years' IT project experience
High level of organizational skills
Bent for Process Improvement
High ability to forge strong working relationships at all levels of an organization
