Cape Henry Associates is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business that specializes in providing manpower, personnel, training, and education solutions to our Department of Defense customers.

Our Associate Program Analyst will directly support NAVSEA SEA21 Inactive Ships Program Office in the Alion office. Under immediate supervision, assists in performing programmatic analysis and reports for use in NAVSEA planning, budgets, and compliance with government regulations.

Duties

  • Assists senior level staff with various functions such as budgeting, forecasting ships movement, and environmental data analysis. Review, classify, research, and analyze data including but not limited to financial transactions.

  • Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets, and generates reports as required.

  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation and take meeting minutes as required.

  • Identify and resolve routine and complex situations as well as forecast potential future challenges.

  • Attend customer meetings and complete required government and company training.

  • Support the preparation of government tasked cost proposals associated with Inactive ship storage.

  • Ensures compliance with NAVSEA policies and procedures, as well as FAR, DFAR, and other government regulations.

  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have shipboard experience-minimum 5 years

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferred) or related discipline plus 2 years of directly related experience preferably with carriers and in a government environment. Educational requirements may be adjusted or waived for more than 8 years applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience.

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project and GANTT charts.

  • Experience interacting with senior government officials is highly desired.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications in particular Excel.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • A SECRET security clearance will be required.

As an organization, we are consistently expanding our footprint in the contracting community.<br />  <br /> We are presently identifying candidates for the following position: <strong>Program Analyst</strong>.  This role will support the FBI’s Intelligence Branch (IB), under the direction of the Executive Assistant Director (EAD) for Intelligence, which drives the integration of intelligence and operations across the organization as a strategic leader of the FBI’s intelligence program. The IB, which is responsible for the FBI’s intelligence strategy, resources, policies, and operations, is comprised of the Office of Partner Engagement (OPE), the Office of Private Sector (OPS), the Directorate of Intelligence (DI), the Bureau Intelligence Council (BIC), and the IB Executive Staff. The IB drives collaboration and engagement with FBI's partners across the intelligence and law enforcement communities.<br /> The objective of this contract is to provide support services spanning multiple areas of specialized financial and budget analysis and formulation, business and data analysis, technical writing, information visualization, program analysis, and administrative execuitive office support, in support of key FBI Intelligence business operations. These services are critical for improving and maintaining operational efficiencies and providing strategic and programmatic support to the FBI Intelligence Program initiatives.<br />  <br /> <strong>Primary Qualifications—</strong> <ul> <li style="padding: 0;
