Associate Professor - Physical Therapy And Rehab Science

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Develop and maintain courses including online and face-to-face courses as assigned.

2. Advise students.

3. Conduct scholarly activities, clinical practice and participate in services to the University, School, and Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Entry level degree in PT with at least 2 years clinical experience. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in neurology, neuroscience, assistive technology, or health systems and ethics within a PT education program. Licensed PT in the U.S. and eligible to be licensed in Texas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Expertise in teaching and learning in online environments a plus. Academic doctorate (PhD, EdD, DSc etc.) in field related to physical therapy. Residency or fellowship training in Clinical Neurology.

SALARY:

Commensurate with experience.
