Production Runtime Experience PRX, a part of Enterprise Technology Operations (ETO) in Core Engineering, builds products that help reduce the operational toil and focuses on production health transparency, diagnostics and resolution, production management and business continuity.

The technical stack typically comprises big data processing, machine learning, real-time streaming analytics and simplified visualization/interaction to give computer systems the ability to learn and automate many of the tasks that humans would normally perform manually to run the bank's systems. This is achieved through sophisticated engineering; autonomics and machine learning that statistically and inductively help understand the behavior of these complex systems.

As a Product Manager, you will help the PRX team to focus on applying a product mentality to the way they build their products.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

How will you fulfill your potential?

Our Product Managers lead the products through the whole product lifecycle. This includes validating problems using appropriate analysis techniques, designing solutions and driving adoption across the firm. Our Product managers determine the right thing to build and will need to work cross functionally, across design, user experience, engineering, end users and senior stakeholders. Product managers lead and strongly contribute to solution design, story mapping, product showcase, Objectives and key results formulation, and participate actively in technical approaches that affect the product outcome.

Your Impact

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for one or more products in PRX and focus on increasing engagement with our clients and understand their problems in the product space. You will be very focused on outcomes, identifying, tracking, analyzing and owning the product roadmap.

  • Engage with users to develop an understanding of the most important problems to be solved

  • Collaborate effectively with design and engineering peers to lead product development

  • Create artefacts such as product vision, roadmaps and memos to effectively engage and align stakeholders

  • Set product goals, demonstrate strong ownership of outcomes, and promote long term value to clients

  • Communicate actively using multiple forums across all levels of stakeholders to aid transparency in progress, prioritization, feedback and adoption

  • Engage with and influence stakeholders outside direct control to advance product objectives

  • Breakdown complex problems to smaller pieces of value, with an emphasis on creating backlogs that support the product roadmap

  • Demonstrate strong facilitation skills by bringing together diverse set of engineering teams and users to solve problems in a timely manner

  • Show strong initiative in learning and improving knowledge about the problem domain

  • Demonstrate thought leadership and influence outcomes by challenging status quo wherever applicable

  • Identify success criteria and use metrics to measure impact - demonstrate agility to meet product goals

Basic Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or higher degree is preferred; overall 8-12 years of experience

  • Demonstrated success collaborating with design and engineering peers to lead a product development team

  • At least 2 years of full cycle product management experience, including experience executing the product vision, design, and adoption strategy

  • Demonstrated ability to engage with users, understand complex problems and technical architectures

  • Experienced in collaborating with design and engineering peers when designing solutions and building products

  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and demonstrate leadership without direct authority

  • Exceptional written and in-person communication skills and ability to adapt message based on audience

  • Comfortable with Agile processes, backlog management and in using SDLC tools

  • Attention to detail, analytical skills and tenacious in setting high product quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, user experience, user research, competitive analysis of products and customer support

  • Experience in managing an entire product's lifecycle, from conception to launch

  • Familiar with machine learning and data products would be added advantage

Ensures studies are completed in accordance with study protocol, contract, and clients' expectations. Serves as clinic contact for the study Sponsor and all internal groups. Responsibilities Responsible for assessing, preparing, and implementing the studies for the clinic in order to ensure and guarantee a timely and high-quality study output. This involves: * Reviewing and assessing the protocol, clinic budget, Case Report Forms, Informed Consent Forms and volunteer information. * Conducting a feasibility analysis (feasibility); workload, availability and workload for volunteers, practicability and personnel required and create a risk analysis and draw up contingency plans for one's field of responsibility. * Serving as a liaison between all clinic groups and the applicable clinic management - * Ensuring proper study specific training and may ensuring proper delegation is completed. * Advising the Project Manager to ensure that he/she is aware of all preconditions, for timely and high quality implementation of the study in the clinics. * Ensuring timely availability of materials and equipment (and making corresponding instructions) and approving invoices. * Maintaining contact with the client concerning clinic related questions and updates. * Organizing and chairing the pre-study and during-study meetings and perform necessary actions. * Setting up and hosting clinic specific meetings (EDS-US) and preparing and participating in (EDS-NL) with the client such as Site Initiation Visits, Monitoring Visits (in cooperation with data entry staff). * May setting up, coordinating and communicates with outside vendors for the study. * Communicating any changes in scope or cost to the PM and clinic management. * Escalating issues and major deviations to the applicable clinic management * May Assigning randomization to study participants prior to first dose and is present at first dose. * May Preparing or reviewing and approving Source Documents. * Preparing of Clinic documents (including Study specific instructions, briefing, information card...). * Ensuring proper sampling, collection and transmission of research data / samples. * Taking effective action to prevent and to recover errors in the output of clinical studies and to prevent recurrence. * Writing Notes to File and Investigational Reports. * Informing the volunteers about the study at the check-in in the Clinic and during the study. * Planning and coordinating of outpatient visits. * Monitoring the study timelines. * May Ensure all documents are submitted to the IRB/METC. * Monitoring the study output by clinic staff according to protocol and internal procedures. * Ensuring quality in the execution of the study in the Clinic. * Responsible for the closing of the clinical conduct of the study.
