We're looking for talented and highly motivated product managers to join our team. Youll assist in leading one of our full stack software model teams, each of which owns feature development related to specific models that make up our scalable digital advice platform. Ideal candidates are strong communicators with a demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and deliver complex technical features from inception to delivery.   • Assist in leading one or more full stack software delivery teams
  • Plan and resource delivery to maintain sustainable output velocity at high quality
  • Synthesize input from users and stakeholders to effectively prioritize the backlog
  • Work with designers, developers and reliability engineers to deliver high quality software
  • Identify, communicate and remove impediments to feature delivery progress
  • Build and maintain a well organized product backlog of complex features
  • Interface effectively with project managers, executives, and enterprise customers
  • Engage at varying levels of technical detail depending on the audience
  • Become a subject matter expert in workplace, retail investing, and advice

  • You have at least 2 years of software product management or business analytics experience

Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of product management experience in on-line technology OR High School/GED and at least 4 years of product management experience in on-line technology. * At least 1 year of experience in consumer-facing online commerce * At least 1 year of experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, and/or management consulting * Experience working with product development lifecycle. * Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization. * Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions. * Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
