Description

The Associate Product Manager works independently and collaboratively to support product development and provide comprehensive marketing support to ensure assigned product's success in the marketplace. The Associate Product Manager responsibilities include projects to optimize sales communication, market analysis, product development, physician/new hire training, product positioning, marketing events, and programs ensuring VOC and sales feedback is captured, analyzed, and heard.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to marketing deliverables throughout product development phases.

  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant literature and competitive landscape.

  • Assist in tradeshow activities for product, and support in person where required.

  • Analyze and report regularly on product performance via highly data driven metrics.

  • Work closely with key opinion leaders to maximize their participation in launch activities.

  • Collaborate with marketing managers, manage & create content, and communicate in a predictable and reliable manner.

  • Support activities to ensure that key commercial objectives are exceeded for the assigned product line.

  • Convert product/customer feedback into valuable insights that can help drive the development of new marketing programs.

  • Specifications, positioning, promotional strategies, launch activities and advising on improving marketing programs.

  • Support the formulation of downstream promotional strategies and execute to drive market adoption based on competitive marketplace activity.

  • Routinely communicate with the sales force regarding product updates and availability, competitive activity, sales positioning, best practices.

  • Communicate with all areas of the company and will interact on a regular basis with QA/RA, Clinical, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Customers, and Senior Leadership.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Biological/Clinical Science, or Engineering or related field. Minimum 4 years' total work experience OR minimum 2 years relevant product marketing experience.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient software skills across all standard programs; Salesforce.com experience a plus.

  • Plan and manage at both strategic and tactical levels.

  • Excellent advocacy, communication, and persuasive skills.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to be successful and effective in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

  • Represent the company at professional functions and customer meetings.

  • Good understanding of the medical environment to effectively respond to market concerns and provide technical support for products.

  • A healthy disdain for the status quo, and a willingness to question existing practices to identify better alternatives.

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary.

  • Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing, agile environment where continuous innovation is requisite to success.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits for our employees. The base pay range for this position is $86,500 - $112,500 . A range of factors, including location, skills, and experience, will be considered. Actual compensation may vary.
