Position Overview:
The Associate Product Manager is a part of the HomeServe Product Management team. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with the team to help organize and define our various product lines as well as participate in planning their go-forward strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of and serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines.
Assist with the development of product roadmaps and product value proposition.
Develop and report on key product metrics.
Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders to ensure we are meeting customer, client, and compliance needs.
Serve as a key point of contact for our call center and client teams regarding product questions.
Assist in driving strategy regarding the simplification of our product lines.
Conducting competitive analysis to help understand gaps and inform future product development.
Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or 1-2 years' relevant work experience.
Experience analyzing reports and identifying key trends.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize on a short-term and long-term basis to assure maximum efficiency.
Must possess initiative, balanced judgment, objectivity, and the ability to plan.
Ability to take direction and work toward completion of a goal while communicating progress and roadblocks as appropriate.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong work ethic and willingness to take ownership.
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
Experience with the home services industry and/or subscription-type membership products is a plus.

Salary Range: $56,453.14 - $75,270.85
Annual Incentive Bonus Potential: 5%
