Overview

As a Associate Product Manager on the CRM Product team, you will join a small tightly knit team that supports our Salesforce implementation, while championing and developing new features and solutions to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of our CRM. You'll work alongside a cross-functional, global team including Product and CRM development resources to analyze, optimize, and build innovative Sales, Service and Operational features, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver the best possible user experience for our internal and external users.

This is a very fast-paced and high-visibility role requiring excellent communication skills, ability to listen to end users and work on your own, sometimes with little supervision. You will report to a Product Manager and have the chance to collaborate with teams across all areas of the business, to positively shape the roadmap whilst working with a number of industry leading vendors, technologies, and concepts. The role will suit someone looking for a challenging and exciting role, who is able to think on their feet and not afraid to make decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive initiatives to streamline operations, introduce automation, and improve the customer journey leveraging Salesforce.

  • Facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; owner of functional or technical product design.

  • Collaborate with developers to understand capabilities and technical feasibility.

  • Demonstrate ability to influence technology and business stakeholders through credible knowledge and experience and influence.

  • Compile and analyze data across various systems, identifying patterns, trends, and opportunities. Proactively suggest and implement solutions to enhance system performance, usability, and data accuracy.

  • Create and maintain hand-off and training documentation, lead internal training sessions when new functionality is introduced.

  • Support and contribute to the product backlog; continuously groom and ensure that an agreed scope is always ready to move into development.

  • Develop KPIs and maintain reports to measure the impact of changes made.

  • Translate unstructured or ambiguous requests into actionable user stories and work units through problem decomposition and planning.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years working with CRM platforms for Sales, Service and Operational purposes (ideally Salesforce).

  • Experience as a Salesforce Admin and certification is a plus!

  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.

  • Experience with Atlassian development and collaboration tools, specifically Jira, Confluence and Portfolio (Advanced Roadmaps) would be beneficial.

  • A team player, with a demonstrated record of partnering with teams across the organization to deliver end-to-end solutions across multiple teams who may have different goals.

  • Complex and innovative problem-solving, a proactive attitude, attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to think quickly on your feet and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Organized & disciplined; can manage competing priorities and operate effectively within a highly matrixed, global organization across multiple time zones.

  • Prior experience working with system integrations, technology vendors and general understanding of application programming interfaces, application & system integration principles.
