This role will be responsible for owning assigned activities and features within the product group. They will additionally ensure their work aligns with and exceeds top-level organizational goals.

Duties/ResponsibilitiesContribute to the quality of internal and external documentation Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and clients Collate detailed requirements and define User Stories in collaboration with internal and external customers Work with development team and senior product managers to deliver, test, and measure newly-developed functionality Identify internal and external opportunities for consideration Work collaboratively with various internal and external teams to resolve dependencies Promote adoption of the completed product and provide training tools/documentation to drive successful use Constantly collaborates with other departments to build trust and understanding. Support Sales/Relationship Management in customer meetings and calls as a subject matter expert Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field (CS or engineering degree) STEM-related experience in a professional or academic setting Business data modeling of a complex business domain (e.g., CRM, logistics, construction, enterprise marketing, finance, etc.) Knowledge in a Fintech-related field (e.g., wealth management, custody, payments, etc.) Required Skills/AbilitiesStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications Ability to influence across all levels and foster alignment and a sense of urgency Capacity to use BI and related tools to mine data for insights (e.g.,Excel, SQL) Organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple personal work streams Strong ability to research and synthesize needs into actionable product outcomes Operational knowledge of project and communications software (e.g., Slack, JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Work EnvironmentThis position operates in a hybrid environment.This position requires up to 30% travel - predominantly interoffice.
