How you will contribute to LifeNet Health's success:

The Associate Pricing Analyst, under the general direction of the Director, Commercial Finance, oversees the operational functions of customer pricing including maintaining and creating master pricing templates and files, calculating annual price increases on contracts, and monitoring Group Purchasing Organization ("GPO") and Integrated Delivery Network ("IDN") membership activities.

What you'll do:

• Contract Price Development and Tracking: Responsible for creating and managing ongoing master price files that can be easily modified and updated for new products and new pricing. Maintains such pricing files as needed. Additionally, assists with Contracts Specialists' use of master price file to upload correct price into LNH (LifeNet Health) systems per requirements in each contract. Reviews and corrects pricing discrepancies from internal and external customers.

• GPO/IDN Submission and Pricing Tracking: Creates weekly PRB (Price review board) agenda and monitors status of pending requests. Maintains all GPO price files for internal reference and to assist in the payment of administrative fees. Works with Strategic Services to develop tools to monitor GPO and IDN tier compliance. Monitors tier compliance on quarterly basis or per the terms of a GPO/IDN contract.

• Data and System Analytics: Runs reports in LNH contract management system as needed. Assists with tracking GPO tiered pricing agreements for periodic pricing and product updates.

• Price Changes: Calculates new annual pricing based on contract terms and records in LNH systems so that customers are properly invoiced new fees. Provides notice per contract terms to customer.

What you'll bring (Minimum Requirements):

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years of experience with database management and business-related analytical experience
• 2 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems

Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field

• 2 years of experience maintaining customer price lists

• 1 year of experience with SAP ERP

• Adobe Acrobat: Ability to edit and format documents

• Microsoft Suite: Proficient in Excel

• Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Ability to identify calculation errors and develop tools to catch/prevent errors

• Communication Skills: Interaction across multiple departments

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location and the candidate's qualifications and prior relevant experience. The pay range for this position is $55,094 annually (entry- level qualifications) to $65,200 annually (experienced in this role). *

• Actual compensation may be higher based on the successful candidate's knowledge and relevant experience.

This position is eligible for an annual bonus once eligibility criteria are met.
