Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with department leaders to triage new requests. Facilitate the intake, prioritization, and assignment of new asks and management of customer expectations for these requests.

  • Lead cross team collaboration to ensure the completion of new requests

  • Facilitate resource planning and allocation to ensure variety of talents are leveraged throughout

  • Draft PPT presentations for senior leadership, following the template requirements set forth by the department

  • Facilitate business planning, creation of department goals, and department budget

  • General support for onboarding of new talent and introduce them to department processes, templates, and other available tools. Conduct training on systems specific to the department (i.e. Project Tracking System)

  • SharePoint Administration, organization, audits to maintaining consistency

  • Maintain MI resource inventory by keeping up to date the open requisitions, current staffing list, organizational charts

  • Work with senior leaders to coordinate schedules and maximize time management

  • Enforce consistency in departmental processes - standardize processes & documentation

  • Point of contact for communicating key upcoming dates to the managers and directors midyear reviews, common reviews, goal setting, Bravo updates, etc.

  • Facilitate sharing of information throughout HCE by leading the organization of All Hands Meeting as well as contributing content towards the HCE Townhall meeting

  • Serve as the backup Business Service Liaison (BSL)

The most challenging part of this role? Effectively working with multiple project teams and stakeholders. Our teams require flexibility utilizing various methodologies and tools. You'll need to drive collaboration in a cross-matrix environment leveraging your ability to build relationships and keep on track with the project scope and timeline.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree

  • 3 years of project management experience making business decisions using data and information to make business decisions

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects

  • Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with data analytics and predictive modeling

  • Experience using data analytics tools such as SAS, Tableau, and Angular
