About the Role

As an Associate, Paid Social Investment, you'll spearhead optimization efforts across leading paid social platforms such as Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Through strategic testing and insightful data analysis, you'll drive impactful business results and shape compelling marketing campaigns. We're seeking a candidate who thrives on leveraging these dynamic platforms to deliver meaningful and innovative marketing solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Grow clients businesses by optimizing marketing campaigns across biddable digital platforms, especially paid social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Routinely conduct data analysis to uncover insights, inform campaign improvements, future media plans, and testing opportunities.

  • Collaborate internally to develop strategic testing plans based on client goals to maximize both performance and learnings.

  • Package client ready campaign insights and reports, recommend actionable next steps that will improve performance and drive business results.

  • Development of innovative A/B tests and experiments.

  • Think holistically as a marketer & learn to translate business needs into comprehensive media activations.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency with Excel

  • BA/BS degree (Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics a plus)

  • Demonstrated record of excelling in previous roles and responsibilities

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment

  • BONUS EXP: Advanced skills in Excel

Media.Monks has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what Media.Monks may pay for the position at the time of posting. Media.Monks may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on job-related factors, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.

Salary Range$60,000-$65,000 USD
