Morgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks an Associate in Alpharetta, Georgia

Lead, prepare and coordinate internal audits. Coordinate risk-related assessments and certifications.

Develop and maintain risk management governance and processes. Represent Technology Operations and act as a single point of contact to the firm-wide risk and control group, auditors, legal department, and regulators. Liaise with Internal Audit, Operational Risk, Central Risk Team, and the Data Hygiene function to ensure Tech Op's successful delivery of solutions to firm-wide requests and programs.

Produce various metrics and risk reporting, and perform related analysis. Develop business requirements documents, use and test cases, and training materials to support the risk agenda deliverables and exams. Deliver presentations on various risk management topics.

Conduct weekly and monthly risk reviews. Conduct business continuity planning and tracking/reporting. Provide oversight, guidance, and coordination where applicable for risk remediation projects.

Requirements:

Requires a Master's degree in Enterprise Risk Management, Finance, or a related field of study and one (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) year as an Associate Vice President, or a closely related occupation in the risk management field. Requires one (1) year of experience with: technology risk assessment, analysis, and mitigation strategies; best practices and fundamental requirements of solutions to cyber security threats; coordinating technology risk related activities; implementing risk management measures; IT governance frameworks and principles; managing risk in technology projects and initiatives; risk management tools including OpenPages and Archer; visualization tools including PowerBI, tableau, and power query. Requires any amount of experience with: information security practice in network security, IT asset management and incident response; system and application development; system and application maintenance standards and best practices; security requirements and standards for application onboarding; and vendor risk management process.
