The impact you'll have
As an Associate Director in our Media Planning group you will bethe day-to-day steward on media related issues for your client(s.) For this particular client, iCrossing is thedAOR, so you will also be responsible for developing strong relationships withkey stakeholders at partner agencies as well. You will be required to develop and maintain a strong knowledge of theclient's business and apply media leadership accordingly to help deliveragainst their goals & objectives. You'llinfuse your strategic expertise into the team from day one by working acrossmultiple internal teams to deliver best-in-class work. In addition, you'll beresponsible for leading a group of media rock stars, coaching and mentoringthem to bring forward the best work and outcomes for our client.
What you'll do
Vet and negotiate newor existing sponsorship opportunities and identify creative ways to utilizeexisting sponsorship contracts more effectively
Determine theappropriate measurements for online campaigns and deliver QBRs based on theidentified KPIs to our Client
Connect the dotsbetween upper and lower funnel channels to drive better results
As the dAOR, leadintegrated agency teams
Manage the strategy andnegotiations for high value and/or complex packages
Manage a team of three(3) or more junior resources
Who you are
You have spent at leastfive (5) years in digital media planning and strategy in roles of increasingresponsibility
You have overseen mediaspend over $20M
You would like to growyour managerial chops and be part of a full service agency
You have someexperience managing more junior team members
You have delivereddata/audience strategy (DMP experience a plus) and understand how to activate withinmedia programs
You have client facingexperience and are comfortable developing and delivering QBRs
You are detail orientedand organized
