Alliances career opportunity at our Dallas, TX location.

Purpose of position: The Essilor Associate Marketing Manager, Dr.

Alliances (AMM) is primarily responsible for the day to day Marketing support of our Doctor Alliance team and the Strategic Account customers. This includes functions such as: managing budgets, customer communications, promotion development and implementation, customer meetings and events, overall growth initiatives for our Strategic Accounts team(of which Dr.

Alliances are a part). The AMM will assist with annual marketing plans designed to achieve growth within our Strategic Account customers. The AMM will serve as a key member of the Strategic Accounts Team supporting Strategic Accounts Sales leadership and the Strategic Account Managers in the field, as well as our Strategic Account customers.

Primary responsibilities:

Support the Strategic Account Mangers in the field by providing presentations, sending literature, and by developing customer strategies and promotions

Support consumer advertising initiatives as they pertain to Strategic Account customers

Budget and control expenses

Coordinate new product introductions and product discontinuations within Strategic Accounts

Create marketing communications and training content for our Strategic Account customers

Travel (15%) as required to customers and trade shows to gather feedback and assess customer needs

Conduct special projects as assigned

Manage Strategic Account member meetings and shows throughout the year

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Strong organization skills

Excellent written and verbal communications

Mastery in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Ability to lead and/or work in cross-functional groups

Good interpersonal skills

Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Work experience in optical, healthcare or pharmaceutical industry preferred

Required Experience: 2yrs. Marketing for external candidates or Essilor Marketing Experience for internal candidates

Desired Experience : 4 yrs. Marketing

Required Education: Undergrad Business Degree (+ 2yrs. Marketing experience or Essilor experience)

This role will map our alliance goals to our marketing strategy, and in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams, will be responsible for supporting strategic campaigns and activities to affirm the position, preference and commitment of our alliance partners. They will work to move top- and mid-level alliance partner opportunities down the sales funnel. In this role, the Director of Alliances Marketing and Demand Generation will need to understand the broad landscape of technology and alliance partnerships across the services portfolio of Rightpoint, and know how to best shape joint partner marketing plans and campaigns with our alliance partners. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Act as the primary interface to our office leads, sales team and alliance partners for all alliance partner-related activities and campaigns, working closely with them to create and execute a successful campaign calendar. * Coordinate with marketing to ensure alliance partner-related activities and campaigns tie into broader marketing calendar of activities. * Secure and apply alliance funding in areas that best enhance our position and the goals of our alliances. Manage funding to report on activities and performance results, inclusion of messaging required for use of funds. * Operationalize joint GTM marketing strategies and campaigns with a focus on technology partners that include Microsoft, Sitecore, Episerver, Google, and our evolving partner landscape. * Coordinate, plan and execute sponsorship of key strategic alliance partner events (like Ascend, Symposium and Ignite) and webinars to drive MQLs. * Ensure differentiated and memorable presence that aligns to brand position at key partner events. * Work with Rightpoint marketing to develop sales collateral specifically for alliance partner audience that aligns to brand positioning. * Work closely with inside and outside sales team members to ensure MQLs are being followed up with and that we are maintaining our position as a key strategic partner. * Track, analyze and communicate key metrics/KPIs and business trends to understand ROI of key alliance partner activities; work with Rightpoint's Co-CEO, Head of Marketing & Head of Sales on reporting of overall performance of top-of-funnel activities. * Proactively bring new ideas and marketing opportunities to Rightpoint's internal teams and partners. * Work with Rightpoint marketing to assist in assessing events related to target personas and getting in front of the right audience. Ensure close connectivity and cohesion with broader marketing activities to drive awareness/consideration/reach.
