About the role

The Associate Manager, Visual Merchandising, plays a vital role within the team. They will report to the Manager of Visual Merchandising and, together, innovatively collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a modernized customer-focused LOFT experience. The Associate Manager will own the creation and distribution of all Visual Merchandising Guidelines while supporting and managing the LOFT studio.

The impact you can have

  • Manage the creation of the Monthly Visual Merchandising Guidelines and support the monthly store sets in the LOFT Studio

  • Collaborate with Merchandising and Planning teams on VM strategies to enhance brand image and drive business.

  • Collect and organize all necessary documents and information for VM guidelines and communication.

  • Liaise with Visual Marketing on campaign initiatives and promotional activity ensuring synergy within store presentation.

  • Catalog and maintain photo files and a database of Visual Merchandising presentations.

  • Maintain an organized department server with archived VM Guidelines and supportive documents.

  • Assist in preparing and participating in Visual Training Workshops.

  • Attend new store openings and store visits when appropriate.

  • Support with Showrooms and Special Projects (Conferences, PR Events, etc.)

You'll bring to the role

  • 3+ years' experience in field or corporate retail environment.

  • Passion for visual merchandising and fashion.

  • Ability to take direction, multi-task, and manage shifting priorities.

  • Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Proactive in anticipating and planning projects.

  • Strong professional with analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • The target salary range for this role is: $65,000 - 70,000*

  • Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role.

This position works in a mostly onsite model, with 4-5 days per week worked in our NYC office.
