We are currently seeking highly qualified candidates for an Associate Manager, Social Media to join our team in Woodinville, WA.
The Associate Manager Social Media is responsible for executing social media strategies across paid, owned and earned media that grow positive brand visibility, improve guest service, and increase brand awareness, consideration and purchase intent. The ideal candidate will have an eye for content creation, influencer identification and editorial calendar management for multiple brands across all social media platforms including creating channel-specific strategies, copywriting, creative/photography, and more. This role will also connect with community members through daily monitoring and responding, with a focus on excellent customer service, speedy responses, engagement and fan acquisition opportunities.
Success for this role includes collaboration within the company and with outside agencies to achieve business goals, as well as strong project management skills.
In this role, you will:
Oversee daily content creation and moderation for Ste. Michelle's presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other similar community sites.
Assist in the creation of content and management of editorial calendars, from idea generation and conceptualizing to writing. Work closely with multiple departments to obtain information, images and graphics needed to schedule posts or create campaigns
Use social media to drive commerce as well as brand & product storytelling.
Measure, analyze, optimize and report on campaign and content performance, refining the brand's social marketing strategy and framework as needed to achieve core business and community engagement objectives.
Staff events and activations for real-time event coverage on social media.
Help manage agency partners and vendors for social media initiatives.
Play an integral role in community management across a variety of social media channels and brands with an eye towards timely response and engaging interaction; escalate or document issues or conversations as needed.
Identify opportunities, trends and new capabilities in the social media space; monitor social media activity of other relevant brands; follow relevant blogs, influencers, pages, etc. and proactively research emerging trends
Research and identify social media influencers for SMWE brands to engage with; coordinate outreach.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
3+ year's social media/digital marketing
Bachelor's degree required.
Specific job skills & Competencies
Experience working in a fast paced dynamic business environment.
Familiarity with paid and organic social media tactics, and business management tools such as Facebook (Business Manager), Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and other social marketing platforms.
Experience with Sprout Social or other content management/social listening tools is preferred.
Understand social listening and metrics.
Strong written and verbal skills and ability to problem-solve.
Basic photography/videography experience for social media is preferred.
Must have ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and adapt and show flexibility to changing job assignments.
Ability to function and communicate effectively under pressure.
Must be able to organize, plan, and problem solve effectively.
Ability to work independently and productively.
Must be punctual and reliable.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Can-do attitude and self-motivated.
History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
