Develop, improve, optimize how the entire selling function works and performs at scale through coordination with all departments of Foodservice teams. Understands systems(i.e. CRM, SDS, Tibersoft, etc.) and the status of business reports and is able to develop, analyze, interpret and communicate key information across teams.
Manages CRM system to ensure day-to-day quality of data, data isproperly collected, stored, analyzed, and available to sales for improving customer relationships and prioritization of business opportunities.
Train and mentor users of CRM. Support creation and management of training materials and user manuals. Review, validate, and set-up all new operator requests from sales field/brokers.
Collect and analyze customer data to detect trends, identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and improve service. Create reports and presentations to support sales and leadership. Conduct market research and identify new opportunities to enhance CRM.
Evaluate ongoing campaigns for ROI, traffic, and other key metrics. Document all user issues from Sales field. Gather and document user requirements for new features, queries and reports.
Supports Sales Operations, Sales and Leadership with timely analysis of sales reports, requiring detailed coordination of information from FS teams and presents recommendations to improve performance. Functions as a systems expert (CRM Administrator, SDS, ERPs, Tibersoft, etc.) executing system updates and training. Validates reporting accuracy and provide recommendations on how to improve visibility.
Proactively reaches out tothe sales field to obtain status updates on opportunities, pricing activity, promotions, and systems validation and updates. Develop sales planning trackers to help sales teams manage their customers, opportunities, and risks. Helps managecontinual data integrity and resolution for all data sources, working with IT, Finance, Accounting, Customer Service, Marketing and Sales. Functions as an internal point of contact for all of Tyson for information and coordination of strategic initiatives.
Education: BA/BS Degree in Business, Finance or other related field is required.
Experience: 3+ years business experience, with an emphasis in analytics/finance. Strong Foodservice or CPG experience preferred.CRM experience a plus.
Advanced user of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT, etc.); Tableau/data visualization experience a plus.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and business writing skills
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and prioritization of multiple deliverables
Travel: 6-8 times a year
