About the Role
The Retailer.com Associate Manager will be responsible for supporting and driving sales goals for bare
Minerals across the Retailer.com sites, in addition to providing on-going support and business best practices for the Retailer.com channel.
This role will work strategically in collaboration with the Director for R.com and NAM Sales & Marketing teams to support and deliver the R.com sales targets and new business initiatives.
This role will contribute and participate in the brand's retailer.com strategy & planning meetings, manage and execute digital marketing programs and go-to-market plans, and support the R.com business as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
Drive growth for retailer.com channel business and manage relationships with online retailer partners (i.e., Ulta, Macy's, Sephora, Nordstrom, etc.) to achieve sales and brand goals
Support the director of R.com in coordination with retailer, channel marketing lead, and sales team to strategize participation in promotional activity and secure online merchandising placement to support seasonal planning and sales goals
Responsible for execution of item setup, asset management, and reviewing product pages across all retailer sites and recommending updates
Advocate and brief online content needs, PDP needs, and page enrichment needs with US and creative teams
Work within creative timelines to ensure approvals happen on time and assets are delivered to retailers in a timely manner for launch
Create, prepare, and maintain dotcom marketing exposure tracker, launch calendars, and sampling plans in partnership with the R.com intern
Maintain and implement Syndigo content for retailers
Oversee setup of retailer.com shade matching tools such as GlamLab, ColorIQ, Shade Finder
Maintain retailer.com contact list & manage sending out of comps in coordination with channel marketing coordinator and R.com intern
Partner with director of R.com and Channel Marketing team to formulate and execute the sampling strategy and align with account leads to secure sufficient quantities and distribution plan for retailer.com programs
Join bi-weekly/weekly calls with key retailers (Ulta & Macy's) to confirm product launch details, site updates, sample timing and take notes to ensure clear understanding of next steps
Routinely monitor the competitive landscape and share learnings cross functionally in partnership with R.com intern
Work with retail partners to obtain analytics on retailer programs as well as overall sales goals/strategies and provide analysis and future recommendations
Routinely lead QA for branded features on retailer sites for accuracy in all product data/images, product launches, marketing, and special merchandising pages
Escalate issues or enhancements and suggest partner site improvements to retailer. com team and brand partners
Support the director of R.com in:
Analysis of business performance to identify new opportunities to drive brand growth and gain market share
Monthly R.com performance sales and media recaps
Collation and analysis of post media campaign reports to share out with the cross functional teams
Manage and coach the R.com intern

Qualifications
Experience in the beauty, retailer, online marketing, or ecommerce space
Exceptional knowledge of retail business acumen, online marketing, and ecommerce best practices
Beauty and wholesale and pure player experience strongly preferred
Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across groups
Highly proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong business writing skills
Aptitude for working with Internet tools (i.e. web-based reports, databases and various multimedia technologies).
Understanding of website metrics, data analysis, and reporting tools

At Orveon Global, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
The pay range for this position is $61,000-$96,357. Supplemented with all the amazing benefits above for full-time employees!
