Role Value Proposition:

The successful candidate will join our REI Application Management Team in the investments technology group. The Real Estate Investments organizations is comprised of over 10 team members located in New Jersey, Florida and India who maintain 12+ Real Estate Investment applications in the production environment. The 12+ applications are customized and developed for our business, support all aspects of origination, loan servicing, and reporting across Commercial, Agricultural and Real Estate Equities. Key job responsibilities include Incident / Problem Management, business support decision making, and the ability to lead large scale, complex projects with large virtual/offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigation and resolution of incidents, problems, service requests

  • Working assigned queues - works independently.

  • Assists in prioritization of problems, incidents and service requests, leveraging their business understanding.

  • Performs break-fix coding and/or scripting and

  • Maintains records to document break-fix code changes.

  • Identify and implement solutions to optimize operating efficiency of production systems and processes.

  • Manage and execute scheduled events in the production environment such as disaster recovery testing, platform upgrades and Audit/compliance/regulatory requests.

  • Responsible for day-to-day production management activities

  • Will mentor, coach, and guide full time and outsourced resources, report incidents and metrics to senior management, and hold regular operational review meetings

Essential Business Experience and

Technical Skills:

Required:

  • Strong communication skills at all levels of managements and mediums

  • Organized and process oriented; able to document internal processes and procedures.

  • Responsible for change management, Release management and Audit/compliance/regulatory activities.

  • 2+ years of Incident/Problem Management experience.

  • 5+ years SQL Server and TSQL

  • 5+ years .Net development

  • Bachelors Degree required, major in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar strongly preferred

  • Team Foundation Server

What You'll Do: * Directly engage with and advise clients on DIAM implementation to coordinate technical, security, and process aspects of DIAM integration between client and CompuCom systems.
