The Manager based in Madison, NJ will be part of Corporate FP&A team with reporting, forecasting and analysis responsibilities related to the total Company and the Global Commercial organization. The position will work cross-functionally and internationally with colleagues throughout the Finance organization. Main Areas of Responsibilities * Consolidation of forecasts/budget, as well as reporting and financial analysis vs. actuals. * Coordinate the process for key deliverables, consolidate results and validate data submissions. * Analyze actuals, forecast and budget comparisons for the entire P&L and detailed analysis of product revenues. * Analyze gross margin, price/volume, expenses and the impact to the P&L at a consolidated level as well as segment level. * Provide insight into trends which may require management action. * Prepare ad hoc analysis to respond to business needs. * Utilize reporting tools to build new ad hoc analysis and reporting driving automation and efficiency where possible. * Prepare PowerPoint presentations for CFO, CCO, the Commercial Leadership Team, the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors. Requirements The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job: * The following listed requirements need to be met at a minimum level to be considered for the job: * Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. * Strong computer skills, primarily in the areas of financial systems, spreadsheets and presentation formats. * Proficiency with Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC), and SAP, Business Warehouse (BW) is preferred. * Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, under tight deadlines. * High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required * Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
