The Associate Manager, Paid Social & Programmatic is responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring strategic and tactical paid media plans across all lines of business. The Associate Manager, Paid Social & Programmatic supports the business through creative and innovative solutions to meet paid media KPIs, while also exemplifying superior organizational and project management skills to bring those solutions to life. Foot Locker, Inc. is currently undergoing a massive transition with our marketing strategy to meet changing consumer demand, as well as the changing marketing technology landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of paid social & programmatic marketing strategies to drive growth in revenue, efficiency, customer acquisition, and lifetime customer value across Foot Locker Inc. brands

  • Establish oneself as an expert within their functional department and team

  • Effectively manage and develop analysts (mentoring, training, etc.)

  • Collaborate with external agency to manage creative intake form and QA ad mocks, ensuring accuracy of ad messaging

  • Oversee pacing and budget tracking for paid social and programmatic channels

  • Coordinate monthly billing processes, invoice organization and PO management

  • Showcase problem solving skills and identify ways to improve team efficiency

  • Prioritize, delegate, and manage monthly planning and ad-hoc requests to ensure they are executed on time

  • Utilize and develop insights from internal data team, platforms, and agencies to drive action

  • Participate in regular knowledge sharing, and training sessions to learn new strategies for optimization

  • Effectively communicate performance and strategic direction to senior leadership

  • Partner with internal creative department for developing and adapting content from learnings and platform best practices

  • Stay up to date with overall industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure best practices are being met and actively seek out and pursue emerging opportunities

  • Design and perform test and learns to regularly uncover effective new tactics to maximize performance against KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field from an accredited university or college

  • 2 years minimum of experience in digital marketing, preferably with responsibilities in paid social, or other programmatic channels such as display advertising, native, OLV/CTV, DOOH

  • Fundamental understanding of Paid Social and Programmatic/Display marketing concepts

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with internal stakeholders, and agency contacts

  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel with the ability to utilize Pivot Tables in Excel preferred

  • Certifications in top social platforms a plus

  • Ads Manager platform experience preferred (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, DV360)

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $60000 - $72000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
