Position Title: Associate Manager, Omnichannel MarketingLocation:So. Deerfield, MAReports to: Sr. Manager, Omnichannel MarketingThe Associate Manager, Omnichannel Marketing drives the execution of channel strategies to increase distribution, sales, and profit for the Home Fragrance Business Unit, serving as the internal expert on customer strategies, shopper marketing, and insight driven selling stories across assigned customers and channels. The Associate Manager, Omnichannel Marketing is accountable for preservation of existing business and creation of new business opportunities through maximizing omnichannel shopper marketing plans and budgets, driving optimized online and in-store assortments, planograms, promotional, and off shelf plans via insight driven line reviews and customer collaboration. Serves as the liason between sales and internal cross functional teams -collaborating with Sales\eSales, Brand, Brand Activation, e Marketing and Finance to link internal strategies and priorities with customer strategies and priorities.Specific ResponsibilitiesSpecific responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Supports the annual customer and channel in-store and online planning process across assigned channels and customers * The internal expert on assigned channels and customers, their strategies, keys to success, and performance and finding common ground with business unit priorities and strategies * Understands business, brand, and customer priorities and through the planning process and collaboration with Omni Sales establishes linkage between division and customer priorities * Parnters with sales (b&m and retailer.com) to establish annual targets * Leverage national plans and strategies to develop and manage omni-channel customer marketing budget & plans for assigned customers in collaboration with their brick & mortar and e Sales Partners and e Marketing partners. Ensure budgets and spending are reconciled with finance. * Partner with Brand Activation to develop, manage, and execute customer specific omnichannel in-store POP, signage, displays, and digital marketing consistent with brand guidelines. * Leads customer specific product creation (iGKM) and display opportunities, partnering cross functionally to ensure they align to brand strategies and profitability goals. * In partnership with cross functional team and Sales, drive optimized in-store and online assortments and planograms, delivering against key distribution goals. * Provides input to sales in their completion of forecast tools for innovation and seasonal offerings * Provides input to brand/brand activation on customer/channel pricing, packaging, product, content, fixture, display needs * Supports the analysis of new product launch and merchandising initiatives. * Coordinates the online New Item Setup Process and monitors to ensure timely execution * Recommends potential launch activation approaches * Supports the innovation tracking and reporting process and shareouts * Partners with Sales Team as needed on financial approval for all programs and plans * Preparation of financial analysis to ensure iGKM activities meet financial requirements * Partners with sales and cross functional analytic resources to provide & help interpret appropriate POS measurements to aid in the decision making process and analysis * Provides guidance and makes recommendations to ensure proposed plans are aligned with distribution, pricing, and promotional guardrails*

Builds and maintains strong internal and external partnerships in order to successfully execute marketing plans. Responsibilities: Executes marketing plans which support omnichannel customer marketing needs and contribute towards the achievement of division sales and profit goals. Partners with internal wholesale sales staff, omnichannel marketing manager, associate omnichannel marketing manager, brand marketing, e marketing, e sales, and assigned customer account contacts in order to develop annual customer marketing strategy and plans. Drives execution of key consumer marketing communication initiatives such as signage, circulars, coupons, social and digital advertisements to support marketing activities and brand awareness. Project manages creation of marketing collateral materials and leads creation of accompanying creative, sample, video, visual and photography requests. Works closely with account manager and sales team to create and deliver customer presentations to achieve the intended objectives. Partners with Sales to develop forecasts for innovation/new products and collaborates with Brand & Sales to optimize placement of new products. Trouble shoot sample needs with brand and sales operations to ensure sales meets customer needs. Able to leverage internal and external resources to create channel specific, data driven, stories that drive growth using shopper insights, category and channel data.
