In this role as an Associate Manager, you will be leading the Manufacture of products for Life Science business unit (may also include Drug Discovery) and Diagnostics BU resulting in customer satisfaction, compliance with applicable governmental and environmental health agency regulations and achievement of internal production objectives. You will have a prominent working relationship with our Bulk and Custom (BCO) team to evaluate new opportunities. You will be a driver of change with focused adherence to the Temecula continuous improvement plan. Partner with R&D and Tech Transfer and contribute to the successful development and manufacture of new products. The role is based in Temecula, California in the Antibody Manufacturing Laboratories. You will work as part of a team of Managers reporting to the Head of Production.
You will need to have a good leadership and management skills, understanding how to manage the assigned budget and ensure the operating plan is met. Experience with antibody purification and conjugation methods is preferred. Additionally, you will need to have the following skills sets for this role.
