The Trade Marketer is responsible for executing and tracking field marketing initiatives in support of the Regional Marketing Manager. This role is aligned with South region sales strategy to transition adult smokers from combustion cigarettes to JUUL as well as drive retailer re engagement, compliance and advocacy. The Trade Marketer will be a liaison between the sales/account management team and trade marketing. This person will work in Dallas as a primary office location with responsibilities throughout the South region.
Ensure optimal execution of trade marketing in region with the goal of increasing velocity and user acquisition.
Drive retailer engagement, satisfaction, advocacy and consistency.
Work with sales operations to track POS placement and sales performance.
Align with brand and trade marketing team members at HQ for consistency.
Monitor the execution of the retailer engagement programs.
Work closely with sales and support team on the strategic distribution of JUUL.
Conduct ongoing data analysis to quantify success of regional programs displays, marketing collateral and execution of product promotions.
Work with internal marketing partners on the development and delivery of marketing assets. Primary focus on allocation and deployment of POP materials including fixtures and collateral.
Collaborate with sales to increase the presence of JUUL collateral in direct retail account to strengthen the retailer partnership and maximize brand visibility.
Develop presentation decks and data updates as sell-in tools for the sales team.
Manage updates to store locator database.
Assist in managing third party suppliers and merchandisers.
Assist in development and execution of marketing tactics including product launch, activation, promotions, event marketing, and social media campaigns.
Develop and manage regular communications for internal sales team and external partners about all programs, corporate news and updates, post-promotion analysis.
Works closely with regional sales teams and HQ stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget and business needs are met.
Maintain proactive communication across multiple cross functional teams both internal and external.
Travel to trade shows and industry events to support the brand.
Expertise in developing and managing forecasting models.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Entrepreneurial spirit with a solid understanding of developing structure and best in class process when required.
3+ years of relevant experience in Trade Marketing, Brand or Marketing Operations.
Ability to focus on tactical execution to get the job done.
Experience in a regulated category a plus.
