We are seeking an Associate Manager to join the growing Loyalty team and work across the Foot Locker brand portfolio in North America. In this role, the Associate Manager will be responsible for executing and monitoring marketing campaigns for Foot Locker's loyalty program. This role will support the Senior Manager & Manager of Loyalty Marketing in driving the growth and success of the program. You will work closely with brand marketing, owned media, partner marketing, creative, analytics, and customer experience teams to ensure seamless integration of the loyalty program across the organization.
Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program's marketing initiatives by keeping track of all project timelines and increasing engagement within the member dashboard.
Open, brief, and manage tickets that will support loyalty marketing campaigns within digital channels, in-store, and brand websites.
Develop and deliver monthly newsletters for in-store teams.
Execute strategies to (1) drive participation of current members and (2) increase member enrollment by identifying new tactics to attract customers to the loyalty program.
Build and manage a marketing calendar to track all loyalty campaigns, inclusive of redemption and brand team programs.
Submit analytics requests to gather insights on campaign performance, create recap decks to summarize the results, and provide recommendations to the larger team.
Work with internal and external partners to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience needed in marketing, with a focus on loyalty programs a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with a variety of teams.
Must have strong project management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Passion for the customer and staying up to date with industry trends in loyalty marketing.
Experience with project management tools like Jira and Airtable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
Retail experience a plus.

The annual base salary range is $57500 - $65000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
