About the Role:

The Associate Manager, Inbound Sales will lead the team responsible for handling inbound sales calls to acquire new member enrollments. The primary role and responsibility is to coach, develop and model behavior to their respective team(s) to create an energetic, positive and professional sales charged environment. Also responsible for managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations that will grow and support a world class sales center.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Sales Representatives to enroll LifeLock members while delivering memorable service experiences that promote member loyalty and positive NPS results

  • Drive revenue and contributes to the continued growth of LifeLock through consistently achieving individual and team quota

  • Build team's knowledge of the identity theft industry and competitor products and services

  • Develop team members through coaching, sales modeling, career development and motivational techniques to drive consistent high performance in sales process and metrics

  • Responsible for implementing formal documented development programs and measuring performance during and after coaching sessions

  • Consistently achieve desired business results by taking personal accountability, effectively organizing and planning work, setting priorities and executing ambitious action plans

  • Identify performance and training needs, provides support, recognition, and performance appraisals. Collaborates with peer team members to enhance and provide recommendations to Sr. Manager in scripting, sales skills builders and future refresher trainings

  • Provide recommendations on operational enhancements to Sr. Manager to improve team efficiency and manage team KPI's

  • Support growth of the team through interviewing, hiring, and employee development

  • Proactive communicator who foresees potential issues/roadblocks and provides timely feedback and process improvement recommendations to Sr. Manager

  • Maintain PCI Security Compliance requirements

Qualifications:

  • College Degree or in lieu of degree an additional two years experience

  • 3+ years relevant experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and build consensus as well as proven presentation skills

  • Proven sales track record of improving productivity and implementing new ideas.

  • Sales and/or client retention management experience preferred.

  • Strong leadership, motivational and coaching skills with ability to drive results and develop employees

  • Ability to provide clear direction, praise and recognition to create a high energy, motivating environment for employees to work
