Your role at Clorox:
As the Associate Manager, Customer Supply Chain/Category Customer Operations Manager, you will be responsible for collaboratively supporting the supply chain and business needs of Clorox and its key retail channel customers. Through development of your operational expertise, internal/external partnerships and data-driven insights, you will increase supply chain efficiencies and drive financial and strategic goals for both Clorox and its customers. As part of a high-performing team, you will proactively improve processes and seek out opportunities to enable best-in-class operations and optimize cost-to-serve.
In this role, you will:
Develop and implement action plans for improving performance on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Clorox and its customers.
KPIs include: Order fill rate, on-time and in-full shipment/delivery, inventory health and on-shelf availability, and compliance program performance
Drive continuous improvement across the order-to-cash cycle, identifying root causes for performance gaps and delivering results through scalable solutions
Serve as the SME on Clorox operations and customer supply chain requirements, supporting the flow of inventory and information across the joint supply chain
Determine solutions and risks in supporting supply to meet demand, collaborating with internal partners and customer teams to forecast sales, plan promotions and execute product portfolio changes
Assist in the development of joint business plans with key stakeholders
Develop partnerships across key stakeholders including internal/external Customer teams, Sales, Marketing, Planning, Order Management, Logistics and Finance to leverage best practices and build cross-functional alignment
Lead and support projects to improve short-term performance and build long-term, leading-edge capabilities

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
3 years of experience in supply chain management, supply/demand planning, logistics/transportation management or customer service
Ability to think strategically and develop plans for driving supply chain efficiencies
Experience in B2B customer-facing roles
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Query)
Experience with SAP, EDI and order-to-cash processes
Experience working with large data sets and analytical frameworks to identify trends and solve problems
Familiarity with or certification in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Formal presentation skills
Ability to foster and maintain internal and external relationships
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong planning and organization skills
Strong listening, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, proactively, creatively, and efficiently with minimal direction in an unstructured environment
Experience in identifying, initiating, and driving improvements to processes and work
