Associate Manager Comm Data & Systems

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Associate Manager Comm Data & Systems, are to:

Data Management and Analytics:

• Oversee the collection, validation, and storage of key sales and related data.

• Identify key data across internal systems and external sources that will enhance our NRM, sales and analytic capabilities.

• Develop and implement data analysis models and reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support strategic sales decisions.

Technology Integration:

• Ensure seamless integration of sales systems with other business technology platforms, enhancing data flow and operational efficiency.

Process Improvement:

• Continually assess and improve data processes and system workflows to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance the sales team's productivity.

Technology Leadership:

• Act as a bridge between the sales and IT departments, ensuring sales technology aligns with business goals and IT infrastructure.

Innovation and Improvement:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, recommending and implementing improvements to maintain competitive advantage.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal service delivery.

• Liaise with software vendors and IT to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and support.

Strategic System Management:

• Manage and optimize sales-related systems and platforms and support the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of business systems that support our commercial sales strategies, including NRM, CRM, sales enablement tools, and analytics platforms.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Harness the power of sales data to facilitate insightful analytics, driving informed strategic decisions and identifying opportunities for growth.

Training and Adoption:

• Develop and execute training programs for the sales team on new systems and tools, ensuring high levels of adoption and proficiency.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure compliance with legal and company data protection policies, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and security.

WHO YOU ARE

Your success will be driven by your demonstration of our life values, more specifically related to this position, Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;

• Proven track record in data management, and sales and business technology platforms, preferably within a sales or commercial environment;

• Experience with data warehousing platforms, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficient with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel);

• Strong understanding of sales processes and how technology can enhance efficiency and performance;

• Demonstrated project management skills, and experience with process improvement methodologies;

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives;

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support team members, and engage and influence stakeholders.
