Associate Manager

About the Role: We are seeking an expert with 10 years of in-depth hands-on experience in technology to support large enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies, messaging and collaboration tools, experience management, desktop engineering, network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. Responsibilities: Manage end-user computing technologies including Windows, macOS, SCCM, Intune, image management, application packaging, mobile device management (MDM), Citrix, and AVD. Proficient in messaging and collaboration tools such as MS Exchange, Office 365, MS Teams, OneDrive, Zoom, and Webex.

Knowledge of experience management and desktop engineering. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. Exposure in migration of devices from one platform to another (Workspace One to Intune). Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Relevant certifications in technology and messaging tools are a plus. Required Skills: 10 years of hands-on experience in technology support. Extensive knowledge of end-user computing technologies.

Proficiency in messaging and collaboration tools. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security, and cloud services. Experience in migration of devices between platforms. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
